A special investigation by The Times has revealed Australian Border Force is operating Indonesia’s first BCF store on Rote Island to help the beneficiaries of gifted WA boats adapt to the WA boat owner lifestyle.
The revelation came after a tip off from a far North fisherman who said he saw a group of illegal fishermen rocking the unmistakable garb of the weekend warrior. He told The Times,
“I noticed the boat was dinged up pretty bad and I’d seen it for sale 6 months ago and it was fine. Obviously, these fishermen had been under the influence of BCF. So I made a few calls to my fishing buddies and they confirmed it”
ABF, ADF and the Australian Government refused to comment on the store but a whistleblower told The Times that Australia felt it was their duty to prepare these fishos for what life as a Western Australian boat owner is really like. Adding,
“If you’re going to do something you do it right, and it’d behove us to give these guys the tools they need to thrive. How can someone overstate their confidence wildly while boating unless they are kitted out in BCF? Do these guys even know how to clog up a boat ramp by cooking the launch 8 tins deep?”
Some Westralians are furious at the allegations. With many in WA having to travel great distances to get to a BCF. A Port Hedland man ranted,
“I have to bloody travel to Gero to get all the gear without any idea and these illegal fishermen have one at their doorstep! If they want to plunder our waters in expensive WA cray boats they should have to bloody get themselves to Geraldton and deal with those animals themselves! Just like us”
He raises a fair point.
