News broke today that an international arbitrary tribunal dismissed Clive’s $300 billion claim against Australia.
Back in 2023, Titanic enthusiast Palmer sought a ruling from the tribunal that legislation stopping him claiming $30 billion in damages from WA was illegal.
In a surprise to no one, this resulted in yet another failed legal action by Clive and to take some of the salt out of the wound he is preparing to go even bigger.
A source close to Palmer told The Times that he had set his sights on the entire planet now. Adding,
“He sees himself as the deathstar reincarnated. If the international community can’t see how important it is for him to bankrupt WA than he’ll teach them a lesson too”
It’s unsure what grounds he’ll allege against the entire planet however some legal experts say they’ll gladly take his money trying. One source added,
“I suppose we will first need to reach out to other galaxies to find a neutral moderator to hear the case. How’s Elon going on that Mars lark? We just feel a judge from Earth may not be impartial”
