Young West Coast rising star Harley Reid’s team have apparently tabled an offer that is rumoured to be the biggest deal in AFL history.
Some are even saying the eyewatering amounts sought could be enough to put down a deposit on a 4×2 in Belmont.
A source close to the young man’s team said it was a life changing deal and one many normal folk could only dream of. Adding,
“Not every player has Belmont money these days, so obviously any team wanting to sign him will have to get real, examine the local Perth property market and realise just how much coin you need to even get in now!”
Despite the staggering sum being sought, many are doubting such a deal will get inked. We spoke to a property collecting boomer who told The Times,
“His deal will never be worth a 4X2 in Belmont because I’ll keep rising the bid until it’s out of his range! That $20M will look very nice as my rental income”
