Santa Clause has been apprehended by the Australian Border Force after heading to Australia early to throw a cheeky line in from his sled.
Not only did Santa not have authorisation to fish in Western Australian waters but he’d caught 3 dhueys by the time Border Force found him. Thus falling foul of the law of multiple jurisdictions.
While WA was getting ready to prosecute jolly old St Nick, ABF swooped in to confiscate his sled and deport him back to the North Pole in his own refitted cray boat.
The Western Australian public have been left outraged by the actions of the AFP who have no issues burning tax payer money on extravagant boats for people caught doing the wrong thing.
A source close to Santa said the grand giver of gifts was laughing all the way back to the North Pole. Adding,
“Finally, Santa gets a gift! A great one too. He’s going to whack it on Marketplace and try to sell it to one of the elves when he gets home. What a score”
