The ICC has made a ruling that Jake Paul will be replacing the Australian cricket team in all future Ashes games to give England a chance of actually winning.
It’s a controversial decision given the Ashes is historically a match between Aussies and the English however drastic action must be taken given England just dropped the series in record time.
Not only will the heavily injured Jake Paul be unable to put up much of a fight in Melbourne but he’s almost certainly going to be in bad shape for Sydney too.
This is all but guaranteed to save England the indignity of a white wash although nothing is certain if they decide to bazball it again.
A source close to the ICC told The Times,
“It has been 10 years since the English have held the Ashes and it’s beginning to get embarrassing for them. We know Jake Paul is in losing form right now so we think it’s the most merciful thing to do”
Naturally, the ICC will keep an eye on the age of the players to ensure that no one falls within Jake Paul’s “range”.
More to come.
