South Perth residents have been moaning that young people are living their best life and indulging in late night baking sessions on the foreshore. Among other alleged anti-social behaviours.
The concerns were raised at various Council meetings but given the horrors of kids learning a late night trade, the WA Government has stepped in.
Accordingly, a crack team of elite pastry chefs have been called in to deal with these wayward bakers.
We spoke to Pierre, the head of the team, who said their orders were to intercept these bakers and put them on a path to use their powers for good. He told The Times,
“They are, errrrr, how you say, wasting their eeerrrr talent, this sort of thing yes? They bake with such enthusiasm and the residents say, no, no, no! We want them to say, oui, oui, oui!”
We can report that the team hit the foreshore last night as part of operation cream pie and netted 5 bakers. Monique said she’d never seen such thorough baking. Adding,
“We apprehended several HIGH value targets. When I told them we had loads of cream chargers and bulbs in commercial kitchens. They came willingly”
For now, South Perth can rest easy knowing the best in the business are on the job.
