Crowds of WWE fans have gathered at various locations in Perth to not see retiring superstar John Cena.
The famously camouflage wrestler was not reported sighted at various landmarks around Perth, sending the fans into a frenzy of delight.
We spoke to a bloke who said he couldn’t believe he was finally getting a chance to not see John Cena. He told The Times,
“Is he here? Or isn’t he? No one knows but that’s how we like it. What a showman”
A cafe in the City has an even better story of not sighting Cena after a Barista said she received a phone order for a coffee for the name John C, she told The Times,
“I yelled at, JOHN C, JOHN C! Then I looked down for a second and when I looked back up the coffee was gone. I can’t wait to tell my grandchildren about not seeing John Cena one day”
Of course, the spate of non-sightings have convinced people that the wrestler turned actor did indeed travel with the rest of the squad and is indeed in Perth.

Although not all is rosy in Cena land, with the actor claiming he found it incredibly hard to merge while travelling from the airport.
We spoke to a number of drivers that felt the wrath of his horn and unsurprisingly, they told us that they didn’t see him.
And that they are Perth drivers, of course.
