Mandurah streetlight copper thieves warn Trump he’s made a powerful enemy over tariffs

A 50% tariff on copper could cripple the booming blackmarket Mandurah streetlight raiding industry, according to an industry insider.

Many may be unaware, but according to Western Power, copper thieves are the biggest exporters of the conductive metal and make huge profit given the money they save on their cheap mining techniques.

A source close to Western Power told The Times,

“The bandits know selling to a domestic market is risking, so they are exporting the stolen copper directly to America for huge profit, Trump’s 50% tariff will cripple them and honestly, you don’t want to deal with an enraged Mandurah petty crim”

However, President Trump isn’t giving the warnings much thought. In a statement to The Times, he said,

“These thieves are losers. They should be stealing American copper. We have the best copper in the world. People always say that, they say, Mr Trump we have the best copper in the world, why are we importing it from these losers in Man-dur-RAH?”

It is unclear how the bandits will combat the tariffs but they are resourceful.
