The Doggfather is clearly keen to make an impact during his Grand Final show after he was observed studying Meatloaf’s 2011 performance after hearing it is still discussed 14 days later.
Snoop was heard telling one of his entourage that if no one is talking about his performance in a decade he’d be upset. A source told The Times,
“You could tell he wasn’t digging the performance but everyone wants their performance to be talked about and yeah, Meatloaf’s performance was talked about, often”
During rehearsal, the Longbeach local went as far to attempt replicating Meatloaf’s demented warbling.
A witness at the rehearsal told The Times that the vibe around the stadium was that it was going to be a fantastic show. Adding,
“It’s like the collab we never got when old mate was alive. It’s a big moment in sports entertainment and I reckon will go down in history just the same”
