CEO caught with another woman at concert apologises to wife for being exposed as a Coldplay fan

Astronomer CEO Andy Byron has made a grovelling apology to his wife after being exposed to the world as a Coldplay fan.

Attending their show in Boston, the CEO was caught on jumbotron canoodling with a woman that was not his wife. After realising he was on the big screen he quickly tried to hide his face.

Naturally, no one would welcome the eyes of the lord gazing upon them while actively dancing around to some of the most overrated generic pop dogshit ever produced.

A source close to the company told The Times,

“Yeah I don’t know how he’s going to bounce back from this. Maybe Snow Patrol but Coldplay? That’s pretty bad and his wife would be rightly infuriated by finding this out”

If he knows what’s good for him, he’ll make an impassioned plea that he was only at the concert for the fancy light show. It’s not much but it’s something to work with.

According to credible stats, “coming out” as a Coldplay fan is responsible for over 5000 divorces a year. With the non offending partner claiming that they just can’t trust their significant other’s taste in music anymore.

Whether he survives this controversy remains to be seen.
