Mariah Carey has chucked a wobbly after being informed that EvE Nightclub and its R&B nights are no longer operating at Crown Casino Perth.
The Xmas songbird hasn’t been back to Perth since 2014 when EvE was in its prime. A favourite haunt of cougars and R&B fans alike. A source close to her told The Times,
“We tried to tell her that there are other R&B nights in Perth but she wasn’t having a bar of it. She said it HAD to be EvE Nightclub as it’s a location that would regularly play her on repeat while dancing with some of the weirdest units in the city”
Carey was apparently looking forward to fending off the attentions from weird 40 year old party people who should’ve left the game years ago but thanks to coke are still going.
She was apparently livid EvE closed due to the fact she also missed out on Ruby Room Sundays. So EvE was the best she could hope for.
Accordingly, Carey has cancelled the Perth leg of her tour and has vowed to never set foot into this backwater state until the night is pumping again. Our source added,
“This is what happens when you tear apart the rich cultural fabric of what made your state great tbh”
She may have a point.
