REPORT: It’s not a WA tornado unless it comes from the Bunbury region, anything else is a sparkling willy willy

Angry Bunbarians have reacted to City Beach’s tornado with disgust. Stating that the destructive vortex of wind shouldn’t bear the WA tornado title.

While tornadoes are not common in WA, Bunbury experienced an official one last winter that caused plenty of mayhem.

In comparison, the City Beach ‘tornado’ caused extensive damage to roofs and trees but wasn’t able to displace an extremely heavy metal rod and send it 2km into a random back yard.

A spokesperson for the preservation of Bunbury weather told The Times that City Beach should keep that T word out of their mouths. Adding,

“It’s a sparkling willy willy unless it comes from the Bunbury region of WA, it is NOT a WA tornado, got it?”

Naturally, other locations around WA probably want to lay claim to the phenomenon themselves but in this game coverage is everything and the Bunbury tornado created a media frenzy.
