AFL teams exposed to Carlton to quarantine in Bullsbrook

Perth has truly cemented itself as the home of quarantine as the AFL has now ordered any team exposed to Carlton to undertake 3 weeks isolation in our Bullsbrook facility.

This week, the Doggies will be joining Vossy at the facility to undertake their stay. Vossy personally is mandated to stay for 12 weeks.

The directive comes after the AFL was warned that whatever was happening at Carlton could spread and that was simply unacceptable.

We spoke to a Westralian footy expert who said community spread could be devastating for WA teams and urged the AFL to send them to NSW. Adding,

“Our fledgling Eagles are in a very vulnerable state, they simply couldn’t handle the contagion from Carlton. Also, we must do whatever we can to protect Flagmantle ’26. Please, send them to NSW, no one cares over there”

Naturally, the VFL has said that Western Australia is the most “dispensable” to them. With one AFL insider telling us,

“The game is established in WA, just keep printing money for us and shut up like a good little cash cow”

Sounds about right.
