Kids Tell Millennial Parents They’ll Be Going Straight Home If They Don’t Stop Embarrassing Them At Harry Potter Experience

Children all over Perth have been left cringing over their millennial parent’s behaviour at the Harry Potter Experience in the Perth Hill.

As most people know, some millennials have a truly unsettling obsession with this book series and if they are honest, the experience was much more for themselves than for their kids.

We spoke to an attendee who said she warned her parents to stop yelling out spell names and to act their age, adding,

“I know they were excited, but I said mum you’re 39 it’s time to grow up, you’re embarrassing me, and then she called me a muggle, sigh”

Another child shared a similar experience after enduring several minutes of listening to her mum and aunt argue over which Hogwarts House each other was in public.

She told them they’d be going home and straight to bed without dinner. Adding,

“I don’t even like Harry Potter very much but I was doing this for them, the least they can do is behave in public and not bring shame on our family, sadly that didn’t happen!”

Naturally, the millennial parents in question were unrepentant over their behaviour. We spoke to 40-year-old Sarah who said she’d do it all again, adding,

“Don’t worry about my daughter, she is such a Slytherin”

Ugh.
