Two Supertankers-a-Day Limit Imposed on Superpowers to Prevent Panic Buying After Strait of Hormuz Reopens

Petro-nations in the middle-east have borrowed some inspiration from Australian retail and imposed a 2 supertanker-per-day limit on fuel as the Strait of Hormuz reopens to the world.

The move is to stop nations such as Westralia, China, Russia, India and the USA from panic buying every single drop of oil due to the fear the Strait could close at any minute due to Trump & the Net-mans tomfoolery.

Naturally, the superpowers aren’t too happy about the move. With a source close to China telling The Times,

“We don’t get out of bed for 2 supertankers a day, just give us all that you’ve got, NOW”

A source close to America echoed the sentiments, with one insider telling The Times,

“We waste about 2 tankers a day pissfarting around in the Strait of Hormuz a day, we need more and yes, left to our own devices we’d take far more than we need at the detriment of other nations”

Naturally, the mining billionaires in WA also have expressed dismay at the limits.

More to come.
