WA Forced to Launch Awareness Campaign Explaining Where the Fark Karnup is Following Traino Promise

What seemed an irresistible election promise has hit a snag after the Perth population were once again left wondering where the fark this suburb is.

The Karnup Traino has been promised for a hot Perth minute but once again has come to the fore during the campaign for the hotly contested Secret Harbour seat.

One member of the public told The Times,

“First I heard of this Karnup and now I can’t stop hearing about, I tell ya, I gave up keeping tabs on Perth suburbs years ago, no idea mate”

We spoke to a Perth suburbs expert who said it’s no surprise most people weren’t overly familiar with Karnup and why it’s now at the coalface of the by-election. Adding,

“Karnup is a semi rural little spot in the vast Southern sprawl, most people wouldn’t have had much reason to go there and probably blissfully unaware they are next to it sitting in classic Kwinana Freeway traffic”

Accordingly, the WA Government has launched an awareness campaign to educate the wider public and even people living within the Secret Harbour electorate about what Karnup is all about.

Highlights of Karnup include a swamp and sometime in 2030 a train station. That’s about all you need to know.
