Hantavirus cruise passengers to quarantine at Morley Galleria to ensure no interaction with another human being

The Western Australian Government has made a last minute call to scrap the quarantine facility at Bullsbrook for Morley Galleria ahead of the Hantavirus cruise ship passengers landing on WA soil.

While the purpose built Bullsbook quarantine facility ticked every box, it still wasn’t as isolated as Galleria. Meaning there is a true 0% chance of the passengers coming into contact with another human being.

A source from insider the WA Government told The Times it was a “no-brainer”, adding,

“The advice we have is that while risk is low the stakes are high. This is a very nasty rat virus and we need to ensure the chances of community spread are as close to 0 as possible. The only way we can do this is by hosting the passengers in a location long since abandoned by human beings”

Not everyone is happy however. We spoke to a Morley local who said they were still on high alert for the plague. Adding,

“The bubonic plague has been ripping through Europe and it’s only a matter of time before it finds its way to Morley, now we have another rat virus? Unreal!”

Naturally, the Government has attempted to calm their fears by telling Morley that everything was being done to stop the spread of the bubonic plague and if they could stop throwing their human waste out of their windows it would be a big help.

Morley declined to oblige.
